Choose You: Unlocking Your Power
For many women, the search for outside validity cripples the power within. Using a mindful approach that includes meditation and curated dialogue, this presentation will open participants up to their own power. The topic of choice specifically will be deeply explored and used a conduit to an awareness of personal power.
Mindfulness for Stress Reduction
This 2 part stress reduction experience will help participants identify and resolve every day stressors. Part one will allow participants to pinpoint the most prominent stressors in their lives. Part two will feature a guided mindful meditation as well as a restorative yoga class.
An Introduction to Chakra Balancing
The chakra system is composed of seven energy centers throughout the body. Blocked energy in one or multiple chakras can lead to corresponding mental, physical and emotional imbalances. For women, the first three chakras, the one’s that deal primarily with the body, security and sexuality are of heightened concern. As such, for the purpose of this workshop a special emphasis will be placed on the first 3 chakras, where most women see the most common and glaring imbalances. This workshop will introduce participants to the chakra system and help them identify ways to use exercise, food, journaling, and affirmations to achieve a more balanced physical and mental health. Targeted chakra healing resources will also be discussed and distributed.
Happy Healthy Hormones: Juicy Living Secrets from the Farmer's Market
A common reason why women opt out of working out is often related to hormone imbalances they are not aware of. This can look like frequent fatigue, PMS, heavy menstrual cycles, etc. These hormonal imbalances are related to our daily eating habits. This workshop will help women learn the cooking/eating methods that I used to balance my own hormones and shrink uterine fibroids. More specifically, participants will learn: 1) eliminate processed and artificial ingredients that contribute to hormonal imbalances. 2) satisfy vegans and meat lovers alike. 3) include ingredients that can be found at most grocery stores and farmer's markets.
In this class, we show you how to lose weight for good with a complete and whole-life approach to radiant health that transcends calorie counting, deprivation and starvation and focuses. Instead we focus on mindful eating and the nutritious meals that transform your body into a fat-burning machine.

An interactive exercise session to demonstrate core exercises to achieve proper running form, eliminate back pain, and improve posture.
Trap Cardio pairs contemporary music with a high energy full body cardio vascular workout. The experience harnesses bass heavy hip hop music help challenge your mind and body. Resitance bands will also be used to enhance the experience.
Burn to the beat
West African dance class that pairs afrobeats with traditional dance movements for a fun and intense full body workout.
Did you know that 10 minutes on a trampoline is equivalent to 30 minutes on the treadmill? This 60-minute trampoline fitness class will help strengthen the body, mind, and heart. It uses a mini-trampoline, and it super high-intensity, but also low-impact!
The Vixen Vibe
The “vixen workout” is a non-traditional dance fitness class which features easy to follow routines with choreography inspired by different types of commercial dance like Hip-hop, house, Dance Hall, pop, jazz, Funk, Latin fusion. Incorporates, plyometrics, squats, lunges, and core work. Come dressed in your favorite vixen attire to make the experience more fun. Some suggestions are leggings, tanks or crop-tops, bright lipstick, and wedge sneakers.

This yoga flow workout will help participants coordinate breathing and physical movement for the purpose of improving focus, and concertation.
