What do I need to wear to this event?
Workout/fitness gear, sneakers and comfortable clothing is your best bet. You will be running/walking, moving, sweating and we want you to be able to participate 100%.

Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water.
Which celebrity coach will be at my tour stop?
Dwight Holt will be at all of our tour locations.
Patrice Graham, Colors of Yoga will be the yoga instructor for Raleigh. Tasha Turnbull, T2 Fitness will be leading nutrition sessions at the Seattle, Washington, DC, Sacramento, Indianapolis and Charlotte event locations.
Tia Robinson will be leading a mindfulness/stress relief session at the Jacksonville, Chicago, San Francisco and Atlanta event locations.

Yes, we will have a photographer at each tour site, so smile when you see the camera! Event photos will be posted on our social media accounts after each event.

Can I receive a refund for my ticket if I am unable to attend?
There are no refunds for this event.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else if I am unable to attend?
Yes, the person attending in your place can give us your name at registration.
Most of the tour stops are 8am - 1pm, but our Raleigh and Washington, DC events are beginning at 1pm.

Why is there no 5K run for Raleigh?
*Please note that the Raleigh location will be partnering with Race 13.1 and will not feature a separate run. We encourage our participants to sign up for Race 13.1 in the morning and sign up for SWYS Remix that afternoon. Both events are located in the same vicinity - walking distance. Registration is separate for Race 13.1 and features double bling and additional swag. REGISTER HERE for Race 13.1 (Register before April 30th for addititonal medal and swag.).
