What do I need to wear to this event?

WHAT DOES MY CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INCLUDE?

WHEN DO I SELECT MY WORKSHOPS?

Workout/fitness gear, sneakers and comfortable clothing is your best bet. You will be running/walking, moving, sweating and we want you to be able to participate 100%. Attendees are encouraged to dress up for the awards dinner and homecoming party.

Your conference registration includes attendance to the 2.5 day conference, all workshops, Friday night dinner and Saturday night’s party. It also includes dinner for Thursday night, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Friday, Saturday breakfast and dinner and Sunday breakfast. Saturday’s race is a separate registration.

Once you complete your registration, you will be emailed from Sched to select your (4) sessions. You can make changes to your classes up until September 7th.

What do I  need to bring with me to the event?

I ONLY WANT TO ATTEND ONE OF THE EVENTS. WHAT TICKET DO I BUY?

IS THERE A MEDAL FOR THE RACE?

Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water.

You can purchase a separate ticket for the Saturday night party. You can also just register for the race and not participate in any of the conference events. The Saturday night party and race are the only two events that are a la carte.

Race registration is separate from the conference. To receive the double or triple bling, you must register for the race AND conference.

All BGR! finishers will receive a medal for the race. Half marathoners also receive the race medal, so opportunity for double bling at the race! And, all conference attendees will get a commemorative medal (design posted under news/updates) as well, so double bling for running 8K and attending conference and triple bling for running half and attending conference! You cannot beat that!

The conference features workshops from wellness and nutrition to line dancing. The race (separate registration) also has an 8K option. You will have a little over 2 hours to complete 4.97 miles. You can comfortably complete this at 20 minutes/mile and make it in time!
