Are you ready to Sweat With Your Sole this year? For the last five years, we have hosted a two-day event in Atlanta, Charlotte and Philadelphia featuring a conference and 5K/10K race. This year, we are remixing this event and bringing the Sweat With Your Sole experience to ten cities across the country, with the SWYS #TheRemix! This annual event has grown into a highly anticipated and popular healthy living event. We want multiple cities to experience the BGR! and SWYS experience. The tour will combine a perfect balance of mental and physical wellness to include a 5K, hip hop cardio, nutrition and much more! It will be a completely memorable experience, so invite your entire crew for an event you do not want to miss! Men are allowed too! So, invite the boo too!

Johnson has been a fitness trainer for 10 years and has dedicated himself to the health and fitness of others. Patrice Graham, Colors of Yoga
Patrice first attended a yoga class in 2008, but dismissed yoga as “just stretching.” Thankfully, she began practicing yoga regularly in 2012 after a friend persuaded her to try a hot yoga class. Hot yoga felt more like a “workout” than “just stretching” and with the repetition of the same sequence in her favorite class (“Hot 26”) came the ability to see progress from doing the same poses. Patrice fell in love with the benefits of inner peace that the yoga practice provides. For at least one hour during class emails, calls, to-do lists and even anxiety were far away. Consistently attending yoga classes several times a week after leaving her high stress job also helped create healthy boundaries to ensure appropriate work/life balance.
Inspired by the life-changing effects of Yoga in her own life, Patrice completed Yoga Teacher Training at Carrboro Yoga Company to help impart the benefits of yoga to others. She enjoys teaching gentle, mindful classes with a focus on mind, body and spirit connection. Patrice’s contagious, bubbly personality help to drive thoughtful, playful non-judgmental classes that leave participants feeling refreshed. Outside of yoga Patrice enjoys traveling, tennis, hiking and reading.

Tia Robinson, Tia Robinson Coaching
Tia Robinson is meditation and well-being coach that teaches people how to leverage the use of mindfulness to help manage everyday stress in both their personal and professional lives.
Tia's journey with meditation began in 2008 when she began exhibiting symptoms of corporate burnout and ultimately panic attacks due to work-related stress. Looking for a holistic form of relief, she was introduced to meditation and has been an advocate and practitioner for over nine years.
In 2016, Tia launched Tia Robinson Coaching, a coaching practice built on the principles of mindfulness, positive psychology, restorative movement and stress management. Tia is a certified personal and business development coach with The Coaching and Positive Psychology (CAPP) Institute, and also has over 300 credit hours as a certified meditation instructor. She also holds teacher training certifications in the areas of energy healing and Restorative Yoga.

Tasha Turnbull, T2 Fitness
Born in Norfolk, VA, Tasha Turnbull is the CEO of the T2 Empowerment Group. Tasha is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, fitness nutrition specialist, motivational speaker and an award winning entrepreneur. She is the owner of T2 Fitness Studios, a fitness training studio in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She is the author of The Last 10 Pounds.
Before creating TEG, Tasha started as a personal trainer in 2009 and opened T2 Fitness in 2011 after she realized her calling of impacting lives through her own personal testimony – successfully losing 100 pounds on her own. Tasha’s journey to weight loss was not an easy feat, growing up overweight most of her life. She battled with low self-esteem, binge eating, depression and despair. Then one day, she decided to stop watching life pass her by. She became committed to be an active participant in deciding on how she was going to live her life. She developed self-love, which enhanced the self-confidence needed to lose weight. Her passion, unwavering beliefs and empathy for the struggles people face when tackling the beast of weight loss led her to commit her life to assisting others with reaching their weight loss goals. T2 Fitness has been the motivation behind hundreds of men and women in Hampton Roads making health and fitness a priority in their own lives.
