  • Early bird registration (until February 8): $500

    February 9 - May 1: $600

    May 2 - July 1: $625

    July 2 - August 1: $700
    There are no a la carte conference session or event items.

  • Yes, we will offer a payment plan for registration after the early bird registration ends on February 8. The down payment amount will be 50% of the current registration price. You will be locked in at the price at the time of your initial payment and will not be impacted by the price increases. The remaining 50% balance will be due by August 1, when registration closes. There are no refunds for registration deposits (regardless of conference attendance).

    We do not have any discounts available for this event.

  • Our #SWYS24 national conference weekend features several events and you have to register for the full conference to attend any of the workshops/events. You cannot register for or attend just a single class. The only events that have opportunities to purchase tickets outside of the full conference is the Saturday race (Run Mag Mile 5K and 10K).

  • Your conference registration includes Thursday’s opening event, Thursday’s heavy hor’doerves, Fridays breakfast, Friday’s conference sessions, Friday’s lunch, Friday’s dinner and event and Saturday’s dinner and event.

  • Conference activities will officially kickoff at 3pm on Thursday with registration on September 5. Thursday’s night event begins at 5pm. Friday, September 6 will be the full day of conference sessions, our Preserve the Sexy expo and our pre race dinner. Saturday, September 7 will be the race, post race sessions, vendor expo and our finale dinner.

  • Saturday night is our finale dinner and an opportunity to recognize some of our amazing volunteers from across the country. We will also have a special keynote speaker. We will announce the theme of the dinner soon!

  • #SWYS24 tickets are non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, it is the responsibility of the original purchaser to sell the ticket and transfer any information to the #SWYS24 team. All transfers must be completed by August 1, 2024. There are no deferrals for future events.

    The race registration is separate from the conference and you will have to adhere to their refund/deferral policy.

  • Of course, we cannot get together for our official conference weekend without a run! We have teamed up with Run Mag Mile 5K and 10K on Saturday, September 7. Race registration is separate from the conference.

  • Please complete this Sweat With Your Sole Vendor Application and its entirety to be considered. Vendors will be notified of final selection by April. Application closes March 30, 2024.

  • Our host hotel is the gorgeous and historic Hilton Chicago located on Michigan Avenue.

  • O’Hare (ORD) airport is approximately 18 miles away and Midway (MDW) is approximately 11 miles away. Either airport will work - choose the best flight that works for you! We do not offer transportation to/from the hotel. The hotel does not have an airport shuttle.

  • No, you will only need transportation to/from the airport and hotel. All activities (including the race) are within walking distance. The conference will provide transpiration Thursday evening to the kickoff party.

  • The race start/finish is at Grant Park which is within walking distance of the hotel.

  • You will need to pay for the full conference, race registration, travel to/from the hotel, hotel for 3 nights (Thursday - Sunday) and your flight/transportation costs. We will have a vendor expo and Black Girls RUN! gear onsite as well for some shopping!

  • No there is not. There are no a la carte items other than Saturday’s morning race.

  • Yes, you can modify your registration. Use your confirmation number on your registration email to log back in.
